General Assembly

All members are brought together on annual basis to discuss and exchange their experiences on a variety of topics including the microfinance rating sector and how to best improve transparency of the microfinance sector in general.

Their role and responsabilities are laid out in the statutes which state as follows:

  • Approval of the annual audited financial statements
  • Approval of the annual budget and activity plan
  • Election of the directors and auditors
