How AMT functions
AMT is registered as a Section 21 (not for profit) association in South Africa. It is governed by its Statutes and its internal rules.
Structurally, AMT is made up of a Board of Directors and a General Assembly. Its day to day activities are overseen by the Coordinator. Each organ has specific tasks and responsibilities which are specified in the Statutes and Internal Rules.
