Title; "Réussite de soi, Réussite de l'entreprise?" ("Success of the self, success of the company?")

How can these two entities reconcile their interests for a greater well-being for each of them?

M. Arthur FLORET, author of this book, proposed an approach to solve this question through this management tool which is being offered to you.
